Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older and who possess a valid United States Passport at the time of entry. Employees of People Inc. Group (the “Sponsor”), Viking River Cruises, Inc. (the “Prize Provider”) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Entry Period: Sweepstakes begins on October 19, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 22, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, regardless of entry method, to be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.

Entry Method #1 (Survey Entry): Click on the link provided on the email you received or visit www.tlwbavote.com and follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the specified survey to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, by the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Please Note: Your responses to the survey questions will not be judged and therefore will not increase or decrease your chances of winning.

Entry Method #2 (Email Entry): To receive one (1) entry without completing or receiving a survey, send an email with your full name and mailing address to tlwbagiveaway@opiniontrack.com with “T+L World's Best Awards 2027 Survey Sweepstakes” in the subject line (an “email entry”), by the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Limit: one (1) entry per person/email address using only one (1) entry method throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Multiple entries using both entry methods or different email addresses by the same individual will be disqualified.

Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter as long as such person is otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Photocopied, illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete or misdirected entries.

Winner Selection/Drawing: On or about March 1, 2027, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period to select one (1) potential winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

One (1) Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One winner will receive a Viking Cruise (“Cruise”) of a Châteaux, Rivers & Wine river voyage for the winner and one (1) travel companion (ARV: $35,772.00).

Cruise to include: An eight (8)-day roundtrip river voyage from Bordeaux, France, including five (5) guided tours, one (1) Veranda Suite stateroom for two (2), Silver Spirits Beverage Package for two (2), roundtrip Business Class airfare for winner and travel companion from select gateway cities provided to winner, and ground transfers to and from the ship. The Cruise also includes all onboard meals, select beverages, onboard entertainment and amenities, and one (1) complimentary shore excursion at each port of call. The winner must make reservations no more than 120 days prior to the ship’s departure date.

The Cruise is valid for Châteaux, Rivers & Wine itineraries sailing in 2027 or 2028 and must be completed within the 2027 or 2028 season as published on the Prize Provider’s website, based on availability, or for another itinerary of equal or lesser value within the same stateroom category or lower during the same period, if the Châteaux, Rivers & Wine itinerary is unavailable. All prize details are at Sponsor’s and/or Prize Provider’s sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated herein, Cruise will be provided by Prize Provider via cruise certificate to Sponsor, who will then be solely responsible for the fulfillment of the prize. Cruise and tours are subject to availability and subject to change. Other restrictions may apply. All other expenses including, but not limited to, any transportation other than as stated herein, applicable taxes, optional facilities and service fees, gratuities and personal charges, cabin upgrades, and pre- and post-cruise land extensions/accommodations are not included and are the responsibility of winner and their travel companion. Any additional optional shore excursions and land extensions are not included and are available for purchase at the current brochure fare. Flights associated with the Viking itinerary may include stopovers and/or connections. The Sponsor is not responsible if flights are delayed or canceled. Airline tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time. Prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. No prize substitution is allowed. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or any portion of the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Viking and/or Sponsor will not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or other property of the Grand Prize Winner and/or their travel companion. The winner’s travel companion must be the age of majority as legally mandated by the travel companion’s jurisdiction of residence if greater than age 21. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid passport/visa, vaccine documentation and insurance) prior to travel. The winner and travel companion must travel on the same travel dates and Cruise itinerary. The winner and travel companion must also comply with all applicable laws, policies, orders, protocols, and guidelines issued by federal, state, and local authorities that may be required for boarding. Any costs or expenses not specifically included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner and his or her travel companion.

Winner's travel companion must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and may be required to execute a guest release prior to being confirmed as a travel companion of winner. Winner and travel companion must comply with all applicable Viking rules, policies, and requirements. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified by email on or about March 1, 2027 at the email used at the time of entry. The potential winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, and IRS W-9 Form, and winner’s travel companion may be required to execute a guest release (collectively, “Prize Documents”) within five (5) days of the date specified on the notification.

If the potential winner fails to return the required Prize Documents within the required time period, if the notification is returned as undeliverable, if the entrant is found to be ineligible, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

The winner will receive confirmation once the Sponsor has received and verified the completed Prize Documents. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution by the winner is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value. 

All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to provide a Social Security number for tax reporting purposes, and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the winner for the value of the prize received. 

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, hometown, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation. 

General: Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants (on behalf of themselves and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and assigns) agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Prize Provider and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, employees, and agents of each (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize (including any travel/activity related thereto). Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it cannot be conducted as planned due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, technical failures, or any other factors that may affect the administration, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, or injury (including death) related to participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively by arbitration administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider, and entrants waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; (ii) technical errors or failures of any kind, including but not limited to network, hardware, or software malfunctions; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.

Entries generated by automated means or that are tampered with, altered, or incomplete are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it believes has violated these Official Rules and to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Who Won?: For the name of the winner (available after May 1, 2027), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by June 1, 2027 to: T+L World's Best Awards 2027 Survey Sweepstakes Winner’s Name Request, People Inc. Group, 225 Liberty Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10281.
