How to Enter: There are two methods of entry: Entry method #1: Click on the link provided on the email you received or visit www.tlwbavote.com and follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the survey (collectively an “online entry(ies)”). You must complete the survey to be entered into the Giveaway online. Limit: one (1) online entry per person/email address. Online entries with duplicate email addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses from a single individual will be disqualified, including the first entry. Entry method #2: To enter without completing the survey, send your name and address via email to: tlwbagiveaway@opiniontrack.comwith “T+L World’s Best Awards 2026 Giveaway” on the subject line of the email (“email entry”). For both methods of entry, entries must be received between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 20, 2025 and 11:59 p.m. ET on February 23, 2026 (the "Giveaway Entry Period"). Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online or email entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Photocopied, illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete or misdirected entries.

Prize and its Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): The winner will receive a Viking Cruise (“Cruise”) of a British Isles Explorer ocean voyage for the winner and one (1) travel companion, plus four (4) nights of Great Homes, Gardens & Gin land extension for 2 people (ARV: $53,592.00).Cruise to include: 15 days, 6 countries voyage from Bergen, Norway to London England OR London, England to Bergen, Norway, one (1) Explorer Suite stateroom, premium economy airfare for winner and travel companion from select gateway cities provided to winner, ground transfers to/from ship, all onboard meals, select beverages, select onboard entertainment and amenities. The winner must make reservations no more than 120 days prior to ship’s departure date. The cruise is valid for British Isles Explorer itineraries sailing in 2026 or 2027 and must be completed within the 2026 or 2027 season as published on the Prize Provider’s website based on availability, or for another itinerary of equal value within the same stateroom category during the same period, if the itinerary and extension offered is not available. Go to Viking.com for sailing dates (dates not guaranteed). The Great Homes, Gardens & Gin extension includes: four (4) nights hotel accommodations in Oxford, England, 7 meals consisting of 4 breakfasts & 3 lunches, 4 guided tours such as: Oxford; Highclere Castle & Bombay Sapphire Distillery; Broughton Castle; Chavenage House & Highgrove Gardens, plus transfers to/from Oxford and London. Tours are subject to availability. Alternatively, Buscot Park will be visited if one of the aforementioned tours becomes unavailable. Each tour will be escorted by a Viking Tour Director, plus transfers. Once cruise travel dates are booked and the extension program is confirmed—subject to availability—specific details regarding the extension and transfers will be provided. The offer is valid only for the extension outlined here, or for one of equal value, during the same period in 2026 or 2027 as the booked cruise if the itinerary or extension is not available.

All prize details are at Sponsor’s and/or Prize Provider’s sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated herein, arrangements for the fulfillment of all prizes will be made by Sponsor and/or its designated agent. Cruise, land extension and tours are subject to availability and subject to change. Other Restrictions may apply. All other expenses including but not limited to, any transportation other than as stated herein, applicable tax, port charges, cruise ship fuel surcharges, optional facilities and service fees, gratuities and personal charges, cabin upgrades, and pre-and post-cruise land extensions/accommodations are not included and are the responsibility of winner and his or her travel companion. Any additional optional shore and land excursions/extensions are not included and are available for purchase at the current brochure fare. Flights associated with the Viking itinerary may include stopovers and/or connections. The Sponsor is not responsible if flights are delayed or canceled. Prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. No prize substitution is allowed. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize or any portion of the prize with another prize of equal value at its sole discretion. The winner’s travel companion must be the age of majority as legally mandated by travel companion’s jurisdiction of residence if greater than age 18. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid passport/visa, vaccine documentation and insurance) prior to travel. The winner and travel companion must travel on the same travel dates and cruise itinerary. The winner and his or her travel companion must also comply with all applicable laws, policies, orders, protocols, and guidelines issued by federal, state, and local authorities which may be required for boarding.

Odds of winning: Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period, estimated at 1:279,300.

Winner Selection: Potential winner will be determined on or about March 3, 2026 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period. Random drawing will be conducted by Ventura Associates International LLC, an independent judging organization (“Administrator”), whose decisions and that of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

Potential winner will be notified by the Administrator by email on or about March 3, 2026 and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release and an IRS W-9 Form (collectively referred as “Prize Documents”) within five (5) days of date specified on notification. If potential winner does not return the required Prize Documents within five (5) days or and/or supply information required by Sponsor or Administrator for prize fulfillment, or if said notification email is returned as undeliverable, or if an entrant is otherwise found to be ineligible, or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive prize for any reason, the potential winner will forfeit prize and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate winner, if any. The winner will be sent confirmation of winning within five (5) days of Administrator’s receipt of a valid and verified Prize Documents. All fees, federal, state, local and income taxes or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of prizes are the winner’s sole responsibility. The winner is required to provide his/her Social Security number to the Sponsor or Administrator before the prize is awarded for tax reporting purposes; an IRS form 1099 will be filed in winner’s name for the retail value of prize won. Entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation. Furthermore, the Sponsor and/or Prize Provider may film, record and/or take photographs of the winner (and guest) before/during/after the cruise, and may use the resulting footage, recordings, or photographs for a range of purposes, including, without limitation, for marketing and promoting Sponsor and/or Prize Provider respective products and services. No additional compensation will be provided for any resulting footage. 

General: Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsor, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Releasing Parties”), release, defend and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each (“Released Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Released Parties which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have which in any way arise out of or result from entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of prize, including any cruise/land extension related activities. Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Giveaway in the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Giveaway as contemplated herein by any (i) event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, hurricane, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court or other cause not within Sponsor’s control; or (ii) concerns regarding the safety of any winner or travel companion; or any cause that inhibits the administration, security or proper operation of the Giveaway. Entrants assume all liability for any injury, including death or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Giveaway or use or redemption of prize, if confirmed as the winner.

This Giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Entrants hereby agree that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, or controversies (“Claims”) arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway shall be resolved, upon the election by entrant or Sponsor, by arbitration pursuant to this provision and the code of procedures of either the National Arbitration Forum (“NAF”) or the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), as selected by the entrant. IF ARBITRATION IS CHOSEN BY ANY PARTY WITH RESPECT TO A CLAIM, NEITHER PARTY WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE THAT CLAIM IN COURT OR HAVE A JURY TRIAL ON THAT CLAIM. FURTHER, NEITHER SPONSOR NOR ENTRANT WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OR OTHER PERSONS SIMILARLY SITUATED, OR AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OF CLAIMANTS PERTAINING TO ANY CLAIM SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH BELOW, THE ARBITRATOR’S DECISION WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING. NOTE THAT OTHER RIGHTS THAT ENTRANT WOULD HAVE IF ENTRANT WENT TO COURT ALSO MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION. The arbitrator’s authority to resolve Claims is limited to Claims between Sponsor and entrant alone, and the arbitrator’s authority to make awards is limited to awards to Sponsor and entrant alone. Furthermore, claims brought by either party against the other may not be joined or consolidated in arbitration with Claims brought by or against any third party, unless agreed to in writing by all parties. No arbitration award or decision will have any preclusive effect as to issues or claims in any dispute with anyone who is not a named party to the arbitration. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement and without waiving either party’s right to appeal such decision, should any portion of this provision be deemed invalid or unenforceable, then the entire provision (other than this sentence) shall not apply. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant expressively waives and relinquishes all rights and benefits afforded by California Civil Code 1542 and does so understanding and acknowledging the significance of this waiver. Section 1542 states as follows: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DID NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN, BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR THE RELEASED PARTIES.”

Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway, or (iv) the failure of any third party to comply with the instructions and proper administration of this Giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to: permanently disqualify from any Giveaway it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and terminate the Giveaway or the online portion of the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Giveaway), or to select winner from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
